We are a team of like minded souls who feel honored to have the privilege of caring for your loved ones and helping them during this part of their life's journey.
We provide resident centered care which means we get to know our residents as individuals, then design a customized care plan specific to them that includes their medical, intellectual and spiritual needs as well as their habits and preferences.

Included in our monthly fee:
- Private or semi private rooms and bathrooms
- Three healthy meals and snacks daily
- Intercom system for emergency assistance
- Utilities to include: cable, local telephone and Wi-Fi
- Housekeeping and laundry services
- Manicured gardens in a convenient neighborhood location
Personal Assistance
- Trained staff to assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and medication management 24/7
- Medical oversight by a registered nurse
- Individualized and group activities
- Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy with a physician prescription as needed

Ilene manages each client's professional care that comes to the home including doctors, occupational and physical therapists, hospice care, and more. Her home has been enhanced to provide bathroom safety and wheel chair access along with home cooked meals. It was a great relief for the family to have mother in her care knowing that all of her needs would be met with personal attention and emotional support."

My Grandmother went from wheelchair bound to walking and from 10+ medications down to two! The round of clock care was just what the doctor ordered... GG began to thrive, she had three meals at the table with others, watched her favorite shows, did crafts, including a new favorite, adult coloring books.
